The Doctor of Nursing Practice program and post-graduate certificate program leading to certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner offered by the Texas A&M University School of Nursing will be reviewed for continuing accreditation by a team of program evaluators from the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) April 8-10, 2024.

The public is invited to provide written comments to CCNE regarding the programs’ qualifications for accreditation. Consistent with CCNE’s policy on the Conduct of Business in English, all comments submitted must written in English and signed. Comments must be received by April 8, 2024, which is 21 days prior to the scheduled on-site evaluation. Comments will be shared with the program evaluators before the evaluation but not with the program during the review process. During the program review, the evaluation team considers signed third-party comments, if any, that relate to the accreditation standards.
