Golden Crescent Management of Opioid Risk in Mothers (GC-MOMS) grant-funded services conclude on Oct. 30, 2026. We are no longer accepting new referrals.
We are grateful for the opportunity to serve mothers and families across the Golden Crescent region for the past three years. We thank the families, community partners, healthcare providers and supporters who have been part of this journey and remain hopeful for future opportunities to support maternal and family health across our communities.
